Things that I am doing to help support the relief effort in Haiti:
1) All shoots that I book and shoot through 1/31/10 will have 50% of the rate donated to the American Red Cross. The sooner you book, the better as we will be able to get the funds there quicker. I understand that many people are proposing relief efforts and that makes some people weary. I will be glad to provide a receipt of the donation submission at the same time your final photographs are delivered. Call or email info@trushots.com for more info.
2) Some of my fine art photographs (from my personal collection, as I have not sold fine art photos since 2006, and will be signed) will be uploaded in a Facebook album for order. You will be able to order a 16 x 24 quality matte photo print (or other options, contact for details). Click on each image in the album for instructions on how to order. All proceeds from the prints (minus print/ship) will also be donated to Red Cross. Visit the Facebook album or email haiti@trushots.com for more info.

This sounds fantastic. It is amazing the creative initiatives I am seeing to help the people of Haiti. I will add this link to one of my favorite blogs afrobella so that folks in the USA can see it.
