Lists are divided by specialty. Clients can view it to find photographers in the specialities that they need. Photographers can find other photographers to network with. It really operates similarly to the personal lists that everyone makes on Twitter. If you DM me your specialities, I will add you to the lists.

I want to thank you for creating and your commitment to @hiretogs. I haven't had a gig through it yet, but that's ok. I agree with #5 in that respect. I think hiretogs is the absolutely best use of twitter I have personally seen. And it may be one of the best out there over all. My favorite line you wrote is "Professional photography is not a right (for a consumer), it is art and a service. Rights are guaranteed under law (without charge), services are paid for." I'm going to retweet (even if it wasn't a tweet) that later today.

There hasn't been a strong need to separate the hiretogs pages because the bulk of tweets for services are in the US, then Asia, then Europe then South Africa, (country, nowhere else really in the continent). Tweets come from all over and I try to make sure location hashtags are in as many as possible.

The main thing I want to do is to keep it simple, hence although I bought the domain, I have not developed a site, moved to a blog etc.

I think the conversation between a photographer and client should start simple and friendly the way many conversations go on Twitter, as to why I started it with a Twitter page.

As time progresses, I will decide if more resources, web spaces etc will be required. For now I will take it slow and make it as efficient and helpful as possible.
